PROFILE

I am a professional certified urban planner/architect with over 25 years of experience in land use and transportation planning, project management and urban design. Currently I was the City Planner in charge for the METRO funded Orange Line Transportation Neighborhood Plan. I recently served as Planning Director for a Los Angeles Councilmember , in overseeing the daily activities of land use planning and economic development for South/Southeast Los Angeles and parts of West Adams Baldwin Hills Leimert communities. My role as Planning Director afforded me the opportunity to be in constant communication with various City officials and department and most importantly stakeholders and constituents.

Prior to my tenure with the City Planning, I was a senior project manager for the architecture firms of 'gkkworks' and ‘Harley Ellis Devereaux’, both of Los Angeles.
